Abstract: THIS REPORT NOTIFIES HUD WHENEVER A MORTGAGE IS PAID IN FULL, VOLUNTARILY TERMINATED, OR THAT A PROPERTY WILL NOT BE CONVEYED TO HUD FOR INSURANCE BENEFITS. INFORMATION COLLECTED IS USED TO DELETE A CASE FROM THE INSURANCE-IN-FORCE FILES AND TO DISCONTINUE BILLING THE MORTGAGE FOR INSURANCE PREMIUMS.
