Abstract: COST AND STATISTICAL DATA SUBMITTED BY THE HOSPITALS PARTICIPATING IN THE 3-YEAR UNIFORM COSTS REPORT DEMONSTRATION PROJECT MUST BE AUDITED/ ANALYZED BY HCFA. THE VALIDATION QUESTIONNAIRE COMPLETED BY THE HOSPITALS WILL ENABLE THE INTERMEDIARIES TO DEVELOP THE SCOPE OF AUDIT FOR THE ONSITE VALIDATION REVIEWS OF THE HOSPITALS' RECORDKEEPIN SYSTEMS.
