Abstract: THE STOLEN VEHICLE RECOVERY SYSTEM CONSISTS OF A RADIO-RECEIVER-TRANSMITTER INSTALLED IN A HIDDEN LOCATION IN A MOTOR VEHICLE TO ASSIST IN ITS DISCOVERY IF STOLEN. TO ENSURE THAT INTERFERENCE TO CHANNEL 7 TELEVISION IS AVOIDED, LICENSEES WILL BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT A PLAN TO CONTROL ANY INTERFERENCE TO TELEVISION.
