Abstract: ABOUT 126-138 GROUNDFISH PROCESSORS WILL BE REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH ANNUAL FEDERAL GROUNDFISH UTILIZATION QUESTIONNAIRES. INFORMATION COLLECTED WILL PROVIDE NMFS WITH THE INFORMATION IT NEEDS TO SPECIFY INITIAL ALLOCATION AMOUNTS AND, IF NECESSARY, TO REALLOCATE GROUNDFISH TO OTHER FISHERIES TO PROVIDE FOR THE HARVEST OF TOTAL ALLOWABLE CATCH AMOUNTS.
