Abstract: ON APRIL 1, 1990 THE CENSUS BUREAU WI CONDUCT THE 21ST DECENNIAL CENSUS. LIST/ENUMERATE PROCEDURES ARE NECESSARY TO ENUMERATE RURAL AND SPARSELY POPULATED AREAS OF THE UNITE STATES, AND ITS COMMONWEALTHS AND TERRITORIES. RESPONDENTS WILL BE RESIDENTS OF RURAL AREAS OF THE UNITED STATES AND ITS COMMONWEALTHS AN TERRITORIES.
