Abstract: THE RESPONDENTS ARE OWNERS AND OPERATORS OF BULK GASOLINE TERMINALS, BULK GASOLINE PLANTS, AND SERVICE STATIONS. IN ALMOST ALL SITUATIONS THE INFORMATION IS SUBMITTED ON A ONE-TIME BASIS ONLY. THE ONE-TIME SUBMITTALS ARE REQUIRED WHEN THE STANDARD IS PROMULGATED, WHEN A SOURCE IS CONSTRUCTED OR MODIFIED, OR WHEN TESTING OCCURS. IT IS NECESSARY TO DETERMINE AFFECTED SOURCES AND EMISSION LEVELS.
