Abstract: THE AFFECTED PUBLIC IS THOSE PERSONS OR ENTITIES CONDUCTING ACTIVITIES THAT RESULT IN THE INCIDENTIAL TAKING OF ENDANGERED MARINE SPECIES. T INFORMATION REQUIRED IS USED TO EVALUATE THE IMPACTS OF THE PROPOSED ACTIVITY ON ENDANGERED SPECIES, TO MAKE THE DETERMINATIONS REQUIRED BY THE ESA PRIOR TO ISSUING PERMITS, AND TO ESTABLISH APPROPRIATE PERMIT CONDITIONS.
