Abstract: THE U.S. GOVERNMENT HAS A CLEAR NEED FOR INFORMATION ON DOMESTIC OUTPU IN THE TEXTILE INDUSTRY TO MONITOR TRADE AGREEMENTS WITH FOREIGN COUNTRIES.
