Abstract: THE DATA COLLECTED WILL BE USED TO IDENTIFY THE MAJOR REASONS THAT TAXPAYERS DO NOT FILE THE SIMPLEST TAX FORM POSSIBLE. THIS SURVEY WIL ENABLE THE SERVICE TO EXPLORE MORE EFFECTIVE MEANS TO BRING ABOUT A GREATER USE OF THE APPROPRIATE FORMS THAT ARE SENT TO TAXPAYERS.
