Abstract: A SURVEILLANCE AND FOLLOWUP SYSTEM FOR CHRONIC FATIGUE SYNDROME WILL B CONDUCTED IN THE CITIES OF ATLANTA, GA, GRAND RAPIDS, MI, REMO, NV, AN WICHITA, KN. THE PURPOSE OF THE SURVEY IS TO ESTABLISH INCIDENCE AND PREVALENCE OF THE SYNDROME AND DESCRIBE THE ILLNESS.
