Abstract: THE ENERGY INFORMATION ADMINISTRATION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY, AT THE REQUEST OF THE CENSUS BUREAU, HAS AGAIN AGREED TO ADD A SUPPLEMENT QUESTIONNAIRE TO ITS COMMERCIAL BUILDING ENERGY CONSUMPTION SURVEY.
