ACCORDINGLY, EMPLOYERS RECEIVE INFORMATION NECESSARY TO MAKE INFORMAL EMPLOYMENT DECISIONS AND THE RECORDS ILLUSTRATE COMPLIANCE OR NONCOMPLIANCE WITH RULE 17F-2.
