THIS REPORT WILL BE REVIEWED BY FCC ANALYSTS TO DETERMINE IF BROADCAST STATIONS ARE PROVIDING EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY TO ALL QUALIFIED PERSONS WITHOUT REGARD TO RACE, COLOR, RELIGION, SEX OR NATIONAL ORIGIN.
