Abstract: THE SURVEY MEASURES THE RATE AT WHICH DIFFERENT TYPES OF NEW RENTAL AND CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS ARE ABSORBED. I.E., TAKEN OFF THE MARKET. IT PROVIDES A BASIS FOR ANALYZING THE DEGREE TO WHICH APARTMENT BUILDI ACTIVITY IS MEETING PRESENT AND FUTURE NEEDS.
