Abstract: THIS PROGRAM PROVIDES AN INVENTORY OF THE COMPOSITION OF AUTOMOTIVE FUELS AND FUEL ADDITIVES. THIS INFORMATION IS NECESSARY IN ORDER TO MONITOR THE LEVEL OF PUBLIC EXPOSURE TO THE AIR POLLUTANTS FROM SUCH FUELS AND ADDITIVES. FUEL MANUFACTURERS ARE REQUIRED TO REGISTER THEIR PRODUCTS AND PROVIDE QUARTERLY REPORTS ON VOLUME PRODUCED AND ANNUAL REPORTS ON FUEL PROPERTIES. ADDITIVE MANUFACTURERS MUST REGISTER
