Abstract: THE DATA COLLECTED WILL BE USED TO GET AN INDICATION OF WHETHER THE IR IS PROVIDING SATISFACTORY SERVICE TO ITS CUSTOMERS, THE TAXPAYERS. THIS INFORMATION WILL BE USED BY IRS MANAGERS TO DETERMINE IF CURRENT PROGRAMS AND SERVICE ARE MEETING TAXPAYERS' NEEDS.
