Abstract: MEDICAID ELIGIBILITY QUALITY CONTROL IS A STATE ADMINISTERED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM DESIGNED TO IMPROVE THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE MEDICAID PROGRAM. STATES ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT A CORRECTIVE ACTION PLAN ONCE A YEAR. THE PLAN MUST DETAIL THE INITIATIVES THAT STATE WILL IMPLEMENT IN ORDER TO PRECUDE THE TYPE OF ERRORS FOUND.
