Abstract: THE MILITARY EMERGENCY TRAVEL WARRANT IS TO BE USED IN THE EVENT OF A NATIONAL EMERGENCY THAT REQUIRES THE RECALL OF INDIVIDUAL MEMBERS OF THE RESERVE COMPONENTS WHO ARE NOT ASSIGNED TO ORGANIZED UNITS OF THE READY RESERVE, MILITARY RETIREES LIABLE FOR ACTIVE DUTY, AND STANDBY RESERVISTS.
