Abstract: THE AGRICULTURE RESPONSE BEHAVIOR STUDY IS A PANEL TELEPHONE SURVEY DESIGNED TO EVALUATE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE PUBLIC AWARENESS CAMPAIGN AND THE CENSUS MAIL DATA COLLECTION PROCEDURE IN INFORMING AND ELICITING RESPONSE FROM THE CENSUS UNIVERSE. THE STUDY FOCUSES ON THE FACTORS THAT INFLUENCE THE BEHAVIOR OF CENSUS RECIPIENTS TO RESPOND TO THE CENSUS.
