Abstract: THE AGRICULTURAL ECONOMICS AND LAND OWNERSHIP SURVEY CONTINUES A DATA COLLECTION SERIES STATED IN 1954. THE SURVEY PROVIDES INFORMATION FOR CALCULATING MANY OF THE ECONOMIC DATA SERIES DESCRIBING THE STATUS OF THE FARM SECTOR. IT IS THE ONLY SOURCE OF SELECTED ECONOMIC AND LAND OWNERSHIP DATA AT THE STATE LEVEL.
