Abstract: THIS NPRM ESTABLISHES CONDITIONS FOR THE MARKETING OF INTERNAL ANALGESICS, ANTIPYRETIC, AND ANTIRHEUMATIC DRUG PRODUCTS CLASSIFIED SAFE AND EFFECTIVE FOR OTC USE. ONE PROVISION OF THE PROPOSED RULE IS LABEL DECLARATION OF THE SODIUM CONTENT FOR PRODUCTS CONTAINING SODIUM SALICYLATE THAT CONTAIN MORE THAN 0.2MEQ (5MG) OF SODIUM.
