Terms of Clearance: Pursuant to 5 CFR 1320 and the Paperwork Reduction Act, OMB approves this collection of information for one year. (NRC expects to finalize the regulation to which this collection pertains and to resubmit the collection for OMB review well before this approval expires.) NRC should consider the following issues before it resubmits this collection for review. - How these requirements conflict and conform to the Durg Free Workplace Act of 1988. - Could the testing rate be targeted according to the sensitivity of an individual's postition. - Could the testing rate be reduced following a prolonged period of negative test results. - How will the NRC protect individuals from false-positive test results. Additionally, for OMB's statistical records, please provide the data and analysis NRC used to choose the alternative testing rates.
