Abstract: OWNERS OF CERTAIN SUBSIDIZED, COOPERATIVE AND SECTION 202 PROJECTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT THE BUDGET WORKSHEET AND, IN SOME CASES, TH SPREAD SHEET ANNUALLY WHEN REQUESTING AN ADJUSTMENT TO PROJECT RENTS. THE FORMS PROVIDE INFORMATION WHICH IS USED IN THE MIPS AUTOMATED APPLICATION FOR CALCULATING RENT INCREASES. THESE NEW FORMS REPLACE HUD FORM 92457B WHICH WAS PREVIOUSLY USED FOR RENT INCREASE PROCESSING
