Abstract: THIS REGULATION EXPANDS THE DEFINITION OF GASOLINE EXCISE TAXPAYER SUBJECT TO REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS UNDER SECTION 4081. IN ADDITION, THE CREDIT OR REFUND PROCEDURE UNDER SECTION 6416(B) IS AMENDED.
