Abstract: THE IMPOR MILK ACT PROHIBITS THE EXPORTATION OF MILK AND CREAM TO THIS COUNTRY UNLESS THE SHIPPER OF SUCH PRODUCTS HOLDS A VALID IMPORT MILK PERMIT FROM FDA. THE ACT REQUIRES DOCUMENTATION THAT ALL COWS ARE HEALTHY, AND THE DAIRY FARMS AND PLANTS ARE IN GOOD SANITARY CONDITION.
