Terms of Clearance: In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act and 5 CFR 1320, the Census Bureau 1988 Census of Horticultural Specialities is approved thru November 1989 and as agreed to by the Census Bureau will be conducted on a voluntary basis. The Census Bureau shall forward to OMB as soon as possible copies of the letter to respondents indicating that this survey is voluntary and a statement that the funding for this project has been scaled down from $800,000 to $500,000.
