Abstract: THE NRC IS AMENDING 10 CFR 4 IN ORDER TO IMPLEMENT PROVISIONS OF THE AGE DISCRIMINATION ACT OF 1975, AS AMENDED, WHICH WILL ENABLE THE NRC TO ASSURE THE RECIPIENTS OF NRC FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE ARE IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE ACT.
