Abstract: HOLDER'S REPORT OF VETERAN'S DEFAULT AND INTENTION TO FORECLOSURE ON HOME LOAN GUARANTEED UNDER 38 USC 1810 OR 1819. INFORMATION COLLECTED BY VA IS USED IN PERFORMING SUPPLEMENTAL SERVICI IN AN ATTEMPT TO STOP FORECLOSURE. ALSO, INFORMATION IS USED TO COORDINATE ACTIONS BETWEEN VA AND HOLDER TO ENSURE THAT ALL LEGAL REQUIREMENTS REGARDING FORECLOSURE AND CLAIM PAYMENT ARE MET.
