Abstract: THE CENSUS BUREAU IS PLANNING TO CONDUCT A FULL-SCALE POPULATION AND HOUSING CENSUS IN 1987. THIS CENSUS WILL ALLOW US TO EXAMINE AND REFINE CENSUS METHODS IN RURAL AREAS AND SMALL TOWNS AND CITIES. RESPONDENTS WILL BE RESIDENTS OF TEN COUNTIES IN NORTH CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA.
