Abstract: TO HELP INSURE THAT INVESTORS HAVE THE NECESSARY INFORMATION TO MAKE INVESTMENT DECISIONS, THE SECURITIES ACT OF 1933 REQUIRES THE FILING OF A REGISTRATION STATEMENT. THIS MAKES PUBLIC THE INFORMATION NECESSARY FOR INFORMED INVESTING. FORM S-2 IS ONE OF THE THREE BASIC FORMS PRESCRIBED FOR SUCH PURPOSES. IT PERMITS COMPANIES FOLLOWED BY T MARKET TO INCORPORATE CERTAIN INFORMATION BY REFERENCE.
