Abstract: THIS OPERATION IS CONDUCTED IN ORDER TO OBTAIN MORE COMPLETE ADDRESS AND LOCATION INFORMATION FOR SPECIAL PLACES LOCATED IN PRELIST ADDRESS AREAS. THE PLACES WILL THEN BE GEOGRAPHICALLY CODED TO COMPLY WITH CENSUS BUREAU GEOGRAPHY. THIS INFORMATION WILL IMPROVE THE COVERAGE OF SPECIAL PLACE RESIDENTS IN THE 1990 DECENNIAL CENSUS.
