Abstract: INFORMATION ALLOWS DETERMINATION OF WHETHER IMPORTED NONCONFORMING VEHICLES AND ENGINES ARE BROUGHT INTO CONFORMITY UNDER THE CLEAN AIR ACT. INFORMATION WILL BE SUPPLIED ON A REGULAR BASIS BY IMPORTERS FOR RESALE OF NONCONFORMING VEHICLES WHO HAVE OBTAINED CERTIFICATES OF CONFORMITY FOR VARIOUS CLASSES OF VEHICLES, AND BY ELIGIBLE INDIVIDUAL
