Terms of Clearance: This collection of information is approved on the following condition. Future requests for clearance for SIPP should contain information on the Bureau's evaluation of the practical utility, quality and reliability of previously collected core and topical module data, including item non response, for the development of national estimates. The supporting documentation should also outline the schedule for publishing printed reports and releasing public use tapes containing SIPP data.
