Abstract: COOPERATIVE AGREEMENTS AND GRANT PROPOSALS ARE SOLICITED BY PUBLISHING A NOTICE IN THE FEDERAL REGISTER OF HCFA'S FUNDING PRIORITIES FOR THE RESEARCH AND DEMONSTRATION PROGRAM. THE HCFA-PG 11 IS USED TO REQUEST SUPPORT UNDER THESE PRIORITIES. APPLICATIONS CAN BE SUBMITTED BY PRIVATE OR PUBLIC NONPROFIT AGENCIES OR ORGANIZATIONS INCLUDING STATE AGENCIES THAT ADMINISTER THE MEDICAID PROGRAM AND PRIVATE FOR PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS.
