Abstract: AS A PART OF THE CENSUS BUREAU'S EFFORT TO IMPROVE IT'S AFFIRMATIVE ACTION ACTIVITIES, IT RECOGNIZES TH IMPORTANCE OF USING COST EFFICIENT METHODS TO DISSEMINATE EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY INFORMATION TO ALL MINORITY GROUPS.
