Abstract: SECTION 1.1502-32T PROVIDES THAT A CONSOLIDATED GROUP MAY ELECT TO HAV THE ADJUSTMENT PROVISIONS UNDER THIS SECTION APPLY TO A SUBSIDIARY WHICH BECAME DISAFFILIATED PRIOR TO NOVEMBER 30, 1987. THE ELECTION IS MADE BY ATTACKING A STATEMENT TO THE GROUP'S CONSOLIDATED RETURN FOR THE TAXABLE YEAR IN WHICH THE STOCK IS DISPOSED OF.
