Abstract: NEW REGULATION AT 45 CFR 303.7 REQUIRE STATE IV-D AGENCIES TO TRANSMIT CHILD SUPPORT CASE INFORMTION ON EITHER A URESA ACTION REQUEST OR INTERSTATE CHILD SUPPORT TRANSMITTAL FORM. THE FORMS ARE INTENDED TO REPLACE COVER LETTERS AND INCLUDE ALL NECESSARY INFORMATION NEEDED TO INITIATE OR ENFORCE ACTION ON A CASE.
