Abstract: ATF F 5110.51 IS USED TOD OCUMENT SHIPMENTS OF DISTILLED SPIRITS FROM PUERTO RICO INTO THE U.S. THE FORM DESCRIBES THE SHIPMENT FOR TAX PURPOSES, THE TAX TO BE IMPOSED AND ITS CALCULATION AND THE VERIFICATION OF THE TAX COMPUTATION WHICH IS CERTIFIED BY BOTH PUERTO RICAN AND U.S. TREASURY OFFICIALS.
