Abstract: THE WORK INJURY FOLLOWBACK SURVEY, A TELEPHONE FOLLOWBACK TO PERSONS REPORTED IN THE NATIONAL HEALTH INTERVIEW SURVEY TO HAVE HAD A RECENT WORK-RELATED INJURY, WILL HELP DETERMINE THE REASONS FOR THE LARGE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE ESTIMATES OF WORK-RELATED INJURIES PUBLISHED BY THE NATIONAL CENTER FOR HEALTH STATISTICS AND THE BUREAU OF LABOR STATISTICS.
