Abstract: THE SURVEY PROVIDES DATA ON CHILDBEARING, FAMILY FORMATION (INCLUDING ADOPTION), AND MATERNAL AND CHILD HEALTH. THE DATA ARE USED BY THE OFFICE OF POPULATION AFFAIRS, THE NICHHD, THE CDC, AND OTHER AGENCIES AND ARE DISSEMINATED THROUGH WRITTEN REPORTS AND PUBLIC USE COMPUTER TAPES.
