Abstract: INFORMATION IS NEEDED TO EVALUATE THE DEGREE TO WHICH HOUSING VOUCHER PORTABILITY IS EXERCISED AND THE ADMINISTRATIVE AND OTHER COSTS TO THE PHA'S INCURRED BY PORTABILITY. THE AFFECTED PUBLIC WILL BE LOCAL PHA STAFF WHO WILL RECORD AND TRANSMIT THE DATA TO HUD.
