Terms of Clearance: In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act and 5 CFR 1320 the 1988 National Census Test is approved through August 31,1988 on the following condition. This study must be processed and analyzed in a timely manner so as to include relevant layout and minor wording changes that improve results in the 1990 Census questionnaires. Note that letters sent from Census to OMB on March 15 and March 24 are added to the docket.
