Abstract: RULE 12F-3 AND FORM 28 UNDER THE SECURITIES EXCHANGE ACT OF 1934 ("ACT") WHICH WERE ADOPTED IN 1934 AND 1955, RESPECTIVELY, PRESCRIBE THE INFORMATION WHICH MUST BE INCLUDED IN AN APPLICATION FOR AND NOTIC OF TERMINATION OR SUSPENSION OF UNLISTED TRADING PRIVILEGES.
