Abstract: THIS INFORMATION COLLECTION REQUIREMENT IS USED TO ACCOUNT FOR AND REGULATE THE DISTILLATION OF SPIRITS. AS THERE COULD BE A SUBSTANTIAL TAX REVENUE LOSS THAT WOULD BE INCURRED THROUGH THE ILLEGAL DISTILLATION OF SPIRITS, THE DATA COLLECTED IDENTIFIES THE THE MANUFACTURERS, VENDORS AND USERS OF SPIRITS AS WELL AS PROVIDING AN ACCOUNTING OF STILLS AND OTHER APPARATUS.
