Terms of Clearance: In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act and 5 CFR 1320, this collection of information is approved through October 31, 1988, on the condition that the Census Bureau send the complete interviewer instructions to OMB for review by April 30, 1988. We are at this time approving only the introductory letter to the respondent submitted to OMB on March 7, 1988 and the questionnaire submitted to OMB on February 9, 1988. The final printed questionnaire should also be resubmitted to OMB as soon as possible.
