Abstract: THE NONRESPONDENT SAMPLE SURVEY WILL BE USED TO PROVIDE STATE ESTIMATES OF THE NUMBER OF FARMS INCLUDED IN THE MAIL LIST NONRESPONSE UNIVERSE FOR THE 1987 CENSUS OF AGRICULTURE. TH ESTIMATES WILL BE USED TO ACCOUNT FOR CENSUS NONRESPONDENT FARM OPERATIONS IN STATE AND COUNTY STATISTICS.
