Abstract: RULE 17F-2(C) ESTABLISHED PROCEDURES FOR A NATIONAL SECURITIES EXCHANGE OR ASSOCIATION TO COLLECT, PROCESS, AND FORWARD FINGERPRINT CARDS TO THE FBI. THIS PROCESS IS EFFICIENT AND EFFECTIVE BECAUSE THE FBI RECEIVES BATCHES OF CARDS FROM LIMITED NUMBER OF SOURCES INSTEAD OF THOUSANDS OF SUBMITTING INSTITUTIONS.
