Abstract: UNDER SECTION 11A(B) OF THE SECURITIES EXCHANGE ACT OF 1934, 15 USC PARA. 78 K-1(B), THE COMMISSION MUST MAKE CERTAIN FINDINGS BEFIRE IT MAY GRANT AN APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION AS AN EXCLUSIVE SECURITIES INFORMATION PROCESSOR. RULE 11AB2-1 AND FORM SIP, ADOPTED IN 1975, ARE DESIGNED TO PROVIDE THE COMMISSION WITH INFORMATION THAT IS NECESSARY TO ENABLE IT TO MAKE REQUIRED FINDINGS.
