Terms of Clearance: APPROVED WITH THE CONDITION THAT THE PROGRAM CHANGE DECREASE OF 17,296 HOURS WILL NOT BE CREDITED UNTIL THE SECOND QUARTER OF FY 1988, WHEN IT TAKES EFFECT. AT THAT TIME, THE FRB SHOULD SUBMIT AN INVENTORY CORRECTION WORKSHEET ALONG WITH A COPY OF THIS NOTICE AND FINAL PRINTED COPY OF THE RC, TO RECEIVE PROGRAM CHANGE DECREASE CREDIT. THIS CONDITION IS BEING IMPOSED TO ENSURE THAT THE BURDEN HOURS ACCURATELY REFLECT THE ACTUAL BURDEN IMPOSED, AS REQUIRED BY THE PAPERWORK REDUCTION ACT AND ITS IMPLEMENTING REGULATIONS AT 5 CFR 1320.
