Abstract: THE GROUP INTERVIEWS ARE NECESSARY TO OBTAIN PUBLIC INPUT ON SOME OF T MAJOR TAX FORMS THAT HAVE BEEN REVISED OR DEVELOPED DUE TO THE TAX REFORM ACT OF 1986. THE RESULTS WILL BE USED TO FURTHER SIMPLIFY AND IMPROVE THE FORMS SO THAT THEY WILL BE MORE EASILY UNDERSTOOD BY TAXPAYERS.
